Im kinda new to the server, but i love rp, and i love it to be kept in order, i try to keep the rp rules, and server rules in control, but being non admin, it can be difficult sometimes, so i just have to chase them with a arrest baton, warn them, then report them to a admin if they do it again (Depends on the seriousness)
